The next hotel we stayed at when we were in Boracay was Tides Hotel. We had it for Php 4,600 for a night for the Double Deluxe. Double Deluxe is facing the courtyard view, it has a balcony where you can hang your wet clothes. The room is 25 m²/269 ft² with 2 double beds and the maximum capacity is three, so perfect for a group or barkada. They have 5 other types of rooms but the largest are Premier Deluxe King and Premier with 2 Queen beds, both rooms are 30 m² in size.
We did not take the one with breakfast option because we know that we will wake up late and the check-out time is 12 noon so the whole morning was more on preparation.
The location of Tides Hotel is in the prime area of the island, it’s within D’Mall, Station 2 thus giving you access and proximity to local attractions and sights.
The entrance may be small but the establishment has a pool and a sky bar for chilling and drinking while listening to live bands. They also have a gym so you can always have that beach-ready body.
The place is decent enough, the highlight of this hotel is its prime location and affordable room rates compared to big names that are also in the same location.
