The Best Note taking App

It is really challenging for me to keep things in my mind and a note is very helpful for me. However, bringing notebooks and pen whenever I go could be odd in this generation. That’s why notebook or note-taking apps like Evernote, Microsoft OneNote, Google Keep, Simplenote, Apple Notes and many others are now available to download on your mobile device. Your notes can be synced to all of your devices and hopping from one device to another is not an issue, your note is with you whenever wherever you are (provided you have an internet connection). Most of these note-taking applications are freemium which means that they offer free service but with limitations and if you prefer to avail their premium feature you can just upgrade your account and bill you annually.

I tried most of the apps I mentioned, but I prefer Evernote among them though Google Keep is also good because your notes can be integrated into your whole account in Google, Evernote stands out for me. Evernote has a simple and intuitive interface yet you still can include other formats in your note like images, audio, web content, PDF, and other files. Word content in the scanned image, as well as handwritten notes, can be read and searchable thus you can find your note no matter where you saved it. Keeping in your head multiple account credentials can be stressful and prone to forgetting and inability to access your account, luckily Evernote log-in can be synced with your Google account. Therefore, you only need one credential to remember, less of a hassle isn’t it? Especially for a forgetful person like me.

Maximize the freemium featureorganize-effortlessly-desktop-retina

Evernote is a freemium service. Therefore, you can avail the free version and maximize the basic features especially if you are not that hard note taker. Their PLUS plan is for heavy note-taker that wants more space and wants to access their records even in offline mode. While PREMIUM has more great features versus their BASIC and PLUS plans, you can search text inside your PDFs and Office documents, Annotate PDFs, scan and digitize business cards, create and present your notes beautifully in one click, history or versioning of records is available, and let Evernote search related content across the web and within your notebooks when editing your note.

Evernote has been a staple application on my mobile device, and it’s very very helpful to me, I highly recommend this application to everyone (this is not a paid blog, I just wanted to share how grateful I am with this app).
